How do I create a subscription?

Creating a subscription for your favorite Gains in Bulk supplements couldn't be easier! When adding items to your cart, select the Subscribe & Save option along with your desired delivery frequency. You can also adjust your subscription settings during checkout.

To help you get started, we've added suggested delivery frequencies based on the product size and serving count. You're in complete control of how often you'd like to receive your orders.

What are the benefits of a subscription?

A Gains in Bulk subscription is like having a personal spotter for your fitness journey. Your orders arrive automatically and worry-free based on your schedule, plus you save money! Every subscription order receives a 10% discount off MSRP. From your first order to your last, you're saving money.

Don't worry – if there's a sale offering more than 15% off, we've got you covered. You'll automatically get the bigger discount. The discounts don't stack, but we'll make sure you get the best one!

Going out of town and need to pause your order? No problem! Just adjust your subscription settings in your Account Dashboard.

How do I manage my deliveries?

The beauty of Gains in Bulk's subscription program is that you have complete control. You can join or leave the program whenever you'd like, without penalty.

To edit your subscription, simply log into your GainsInBulk.com account and head to your Subscribe & Save profile. You can:

  • Change your order frequency
  • Alter your next order date
  • Add or remove items from existing subscriptions
  • Update your shipping address or payment method
  • Select from saved addresses/payment methods or add new ones

Each subscription can have its own shipping address and payment method, so you're not limited to just one for all your orders.

How will I know when my subscription order is on its way?

You can expect an order confirmation email every time an order processes. All upcoming order dates are available in your subscription profile. We'll also send you an email as soon as your order ships so you can track it from our door to yours. No surprises here!

When will I be charged?

You'll be charged automatically on the date your order is processed.

An order just processed that I wasn't ready for. Can it be canceled?

Absolutely! We've got your back! If your order just processed and you haven't received a shipping notification yet, you can cancel the new order and subscription from your Account Dashboard. We'll refund you for the order.

Subscription Terms and Conditions

These Subscription Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with Gains in Bulk, LLC. Your use of GainsInBulk.com is also governed by our website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. By signing up for a Gains in Bulk subscription, you accept these terms.

Subscription Benefits

You receive a 10% discount off MSRP for eligible products when you choose a recurring subscription. This discount applies even during sales events, but doesn't stack on top of other discounts – you'll always get the better deal. Standard taxes and shipping rates apply.

Subscription Management and Cancellation

Flexibility and Control: You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your Account Dashboard or by contacting us at support@gainsinbulk.com or (833) 441-7877 (8am-5pm MST). There are no long-term commitments.

Cancellation Timing:

  • Orders are prioritized for same-day shipping upon billing
  • Due to shipping volumes, cancellations cannot be processed within 24 hours of your billing/shipping date
  • You'll receive a notification before your subscription rebills – please modify, adjust, or cancel within 24 hours of your rebilling date
  • For weekend billing, contact support 24 hours in advance

Already Shipped Orders: If you intended to cancel but your order was shipped, return the package per our return policy for a full refund. We provide a pre-paid shipping label for your convenience.

Subscription Suspension: We offer the option to suspend your subscription for up to 3 months. During suspension, you retain all subscription benefits and pricing. Your subscription will automatically resume after the suspension period.

Refunds and Returns

To receive a refund on subscription orders, ship the product back to our facility. Once we receive the returned product, you're eligible for a full refund. Products should be in original packaging and unused, though used products can be returned within 30 days of ordering per our return policy.

Other Important Terms

Limitations:

  • We reserve the right to accept or refuse subscriptions
  • Subscriptions cannot be transferred or used for resale, rental, or shipping to customers
  • Only certain products are eligible for subscriptions
  • Please update your address if it changes to avoid delivery issues

Fees and Renewal:

  • Subscription fees are clearly displayed on product pages
  • If payment fails, your subscription will be paused until a new payment method is provided
  • Your subscription will automatically continue unless canceled

Agreement Changes: We may change these terms as needed. Active subscribers will be notified via email of any changes.

Termination: We may terminate subscriptions if necessary. If terminated after charging but before shipping, we'll provide a refund of the applicable subscription fee.
