How Can I Keep Track of My Deliveries?

The beauty of Gains In Bulk's subscription program is that you have complete control. You may join the program whenever you’d like and leave the program whenever you’d like, without penalty.

To edit your subscription, just log into your account and head to your Subscribe & Save profile. You can change your order frequency, alter your next order date, and even add or remove items from your existing subscription.

Changing your shipping address or payment method? Piece of cake! You can select from any saved addresses or payment methods, or add a new one. You're not limited to just one shipping address or payment method per subscription.

How Will I Know When My Subscription Order is On Its Way?

You can expect an order confirmation email every time an order processes. All upcoming order dates are available in your subscription profile as well. We’ll also shoot you an email as soon as your order ships so you can keep an eye on it from our door to yours. No surprises here!

When Will I Be Charged?

You’ll be charged automatically on the date the order is processed.

Oops, An Order Processed Before I Was Ready. Can I Cancel It?

Absolutely! We've got your back! If your order processed and you haven't received a shipping notification yet, simply cancel the new order and the subscription from your Account Dashboard. We’ll refund you for the order.

If the order has already shipped, you’ll need to reach out to our Customer Experience Team ( or (833) 441-7877) to see how we can best assist. We’ll work together on the solution that’s best for you.


Subscription Terms and Conditions

This is your contract with us, your partner, Gains In Bulk, LLC. Just remember, using Gains In also means you agree to our website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. All the applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements on our site are part of this contract. By signing up for a Gains In Bulk subscription, you're saying you accept these terms.

Subscription Benefit

You get a 15% off MSRP for certain products when you opt for a recurring subscription. This discount applies even during sales events, but it can't be stacked on top of other discounts. Applicable taxes and standard shipping rates still apply.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

You can cancel or modify your subscriptions any time you want through your Account Dashboard.

At Gains in Bulk, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your subscription. We strive to provide a hassle-free cancellation process while ensuring a fair and transparent policy for our customers. Please review the following details regarding the cancellation of your subscription:

1. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time: We believe in giving our customers flexibility, and you have the freedom to cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term commitments, and you are in control of your subscription status.

2. Automatic orders scheduled before the cancellation: Please note that if an automatic order has been placed before the cancellation of your subscription, it will still be processed and shipped out as scheduled. We encourage you to review your subscription details and adjust accordingly before the next shipment.

3. Refunds for auto-ship orders: To receive a refund on auto-ship orders, you will need to ship the product back to our facility. Once we receive the returned product, you will be eligible for a full refund. Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging and unused. If the product has been used, it can still be returned within 30 days from the date of ordering, as per our return and refund policy.

4. Subscription suspension: We offer the option to suspend your subscription for a period of up to 3 months. During this suspension period, you will retain all subscription benefits and pricing lock. After the suspension period has lifted, your subscription will automatically resume, ensuring a seamless continuation of your service.

Other Limitations

  • We reserve the right to accept or refuse your subscription.
  • Subscriptions can't be transferred or used for the purpose of resale, rental, or to ship to customers or potential customers.
  • Only certain products are eligible for subscriptions.

Fee and Renewal

The subscription fee is clearly mentioned on the product page. Taxes and shipping rates apply. If payment fails, your subscription will be paused unless a new payment method is provided.

Agreement Changes

We can change these terms whenever we need to. If you have an active subscription, we'll let you know about these changes via email.

Termination by Us

We can terminate your subscription if we need to. If we do, we'll give you a refund of the applicable subscription fee.
