Refund policy

Return and Refund Policy

This policy does not apply to international orders.

Returns

  • Opened Products: Return within 60 days of purchase for a full refund on your product

  • Unopened Products:

    • Return within 90 days of purchase for a full refund 

    • Return within 6 months of purchase for a 50% refund

  • After 6 Months: No refunds will be issued

    *We provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. If a prepaid return label is issued, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Subscriptions

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription by contacting us at support@gainsinbulk.com or (833) 441-7877 (8am-5pm MST) or via our subscription portal. We give you full control over managing your subscription. If you have any questions or issues logging into your account, please contact us.

  • 24-Hour and Same-Day Cancellations: Orders are prioritized for same-day shipping upon billing. Due to shipping volumes, cancellations cannot be processed within 24 hours of your billing/shipping date.

  • Notification Ahead of Shipment: You will receive a notification before your subscription is rebilled. Please modify, adjust your ship date, or cancel at least 24 hours prior to your rebilling date before your order is prepared for shipping.

  • For weekend billing, contact support 24 hours in advance of your subscription rebill for it to be processed.

  • If you intended to cancel but your order was shipped, return the package per our return policy for a full refund. We provide a pre-paid shipping label for your convenience.

Issues with Your Order

If your order is missing an item, damaged, or incorrectly shipped:

  • Contact us immediately at support@gainsinbulk.com or (833) 441-7877

  • For missing items or issues with your order, you must notify us within 14 days of the expected delivery date to receive a replacement

Address Errors Policy

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping addresses

  • Please verify your address before ordering; we’re not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses
