I have a very active job as a housekeeper at a very busy hospital in my home town. I would recommend this product for serious weight lfting competitors.

I love this protein. I ALWAYS have gotten bloated and gassy from other proteins I've tried over the years. This one tastes great and I have no stomach issues. In fact, it seems to help my stomach calm down in general. Amazing stuff and love that it has the full RDA for all your vitamins as well. GREAT product!
