No. This formula contains only pure, instantized glycerol.

How frequently should I take glycerol?
Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) with 8 oz of water and take once daily as needed for hydration and performance.
Most lifters use it on training days, but you can take it daily if you want consistent hydration benefits.
When should I take my glycerol?
30 minutes before your workout.
