    My experience with this digestive product is nothing short of great.I'm lactose intolerant and avoid cow cheese and dairy products, even on my cheat days. This product is a game changer. I tried it out just on the off chance that it might help reduce my bloating at the rare time that i ate cheese. Let me tell you that it helped my overall digestion for the better. I now take it even when i don' t eat cheese or dairy products. Reduces my bloating and helps me digest my meals better. I feel lighter and don't have to worry about getting digestive help from other foods.
