    I never was one to take any pre-workouts (nor was I one to even workout for a period) as most of them are garbage ingredients and just a heap of unnecessary caffeine. I got a free pack when trying Gains creatine (also fantastic) and noticed solid ingredients, and a low dose of natural caffeine. I tried them out shortly before 2 separate workouts and they helped carry me through.

    They taste pretty good and I like the convenience. Great product that is worth a try for those who aren’t down with chemical caffeine nuclear waste.

    Excellent Candy!

    I've been using these for years, they always come through. The recommended amount are three but I use them according to my needs. One is good, two are for when I think I need a boost. I only use the maximum of three when I feel kind of sluggish from the previous day's training, they never disappoint.
