I have Parkinson’s disease and have suffered from severe leg muscle pain and cramps for several years. The cramps were so bad that they would wake me up multiple times a night and last 10–15 minutes.
After taking Gains Creatine for just 10 days, I’ve noticed a remarkable difference. I have more strength and endurance in my legs, and most importantly, I haven’t experienced the painful nighttime leg cramps that used to disrupt my sleep.
I’m extremely encouraged by the results so far and plan to continue taking Gains. My wife has also started using it after seeing the difference I’ve experienced.
The product tastes great, the flavors are excellent, and it dissolves completely with no grit or chalky aftertaste.
Overall, I’m very impressed with Gains Creatine. After years of dealing with muscle pain and sleepless nights, I’m excited about the improvement I’ve experienced and look forward to continuing to use this product. Highly recommend based on my personal experience!
