    Pleased with the results and progress

    Mixes as advertised.

    I’ve never used creatine before. I am 61 and have trained for years on and of since in my 20s.

    This was my first time using creatine and am impressed with the results.

    I’ve had a goal of a 300 lb max bench press. Ideally 315x2 in the ultimate goal at 6’ and 208lbs.

    I recently achieved a 295 max after getting serious and consistent since June of 2025 and incorporated your product in the journey.

    Working sets of 240x6 on volume days as well.

    Very pleased to say the least.

    My other goals are

    Deadlift of 405 to 425.

    Currently pulling 395 consistently.

    Squat goal of 315

    Currently at 285

    Over head press goal 185

    Currently at 165

    Planning to drop body weight to 195 over the next 8 weeks and maintain strength.

    Planning to incorporate trail running and hill sprints.

    I believe this product will help in this endeavor and help with progression and recovery and endurance.

    I'm not a body builder. I'm an older lady with fibromyalgia. My son recommended this product to help with fatigue and brain fog. From day one, the fatigue has been managed. At work, along with my morning tea, I am awake, alert and ready to go. On off days, with no caffeine, I still have no issues with doing errands and chores. I may take a nap when I'm done but I still can function. Anyone with fibromyalgia knows about days you can't function. Or the days when you have to grit your teeth to get though.
