I absolutely love the hand written notes I receive each order! They may be simple and some repetitive, however the are always so appreciated that someone is taking the time to say they see the hardwork even if they don't see me.
The product overall has been amazing. I have seen the difference in my lift session when I am consistent with my creatine, and when I'm not. I don't feel bloated from the product at all, and I do believe that the taste has aloud me to be consistent and helped with my cognative function as well.
I have even gone as far as sharing my stash as I may have over ordered in the beginning.
