Awesome!
Been lifting weights off and on for the last 30+ years and every time I start hitting the gym again, my strength is embarrassing. I’ve been using this instantized creatine for the last month and my strength has doubled! I went from barely using half the stack on cable machines to stacking them, back to 4-5 plates on the smith machines! This is great creatine and def worth the money!!!!

This is by far the best creatine I have ever tried!
The raspberry is my favorite. I wish they would come in a single serving pouch for on the go or travel.
