GAINS IN BULK GYM BAG GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Eligibility: The giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the United States, are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry, and are registered as Gains In Bulk Pro Members (subscribers). Employees of Gains In Bulk (the "Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. This Giveaway is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to comply with and be fully bound by these rules. You also represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. Gains In Bulk's decisions regarding the giveaway are final and binding.

Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on or about October 3, 2024, at 12:00 AM PST and ending October 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM PST. All entries must be received by October 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM CST.

How to Enter: The Giveaway must be entered by submitting an entry via the online form provided. Entries must fulfill all requirements to be eligible. Incomplete or non-compliant entries may be disqualified at Gains In Bulk's sole discretion. Limit one (1) entry per person. If fraudulent methods or other attempts to circumvent the rules are detected, Gains In Bulk reserves the right to disqualify the offender.

 Prizes: One winner will receive the following items:

The total approximate retail value of the prize package is $6,000 + The prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash, except at Gains In Bulk’s discretion. The winners are responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes or fees associated with the prize.

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of Gains In Bulk. The winner will be notified via email within five (5) days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within fifteen (15) days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Gains In Bulk is not responsible for winners' failure to receive notification due to spam or other email filters. The winner must comply with all federal and state regulations to claim the prize.

Rights Granted by You: By entering this Giveaway, you consent to Gains In Bulk’s use of your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes, in any medium, worldwide, without additional compensation, where permitted by law.

Terms: Gains In Bulk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway for any reason, including technical issues, fraud, or unauthorized intervention. Gains In Bulk also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.

Limitation of Liability: By entering, you release and hold harmless Gains In Bulk and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective employees from any and all liability arising from your participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

Disputes: This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and Arizona, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. Any disputes will be resolved individually in the courts located in Arizona, and participants waive the right to seek punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

Privacy Policy: Information submitted as part of the Giveaway is subject to Gains In Bulk’s privacy policy, available at [Privacy Policy Link].

Winner: For the winner’s name, please email us after the Giveaway has ended with the subject line: "Gains In Bulk Giveaway Winner List."
