I'm 42m the last year I've been doing a lot of hot power yoga. I had some results as losing some weight and toning. I have definitely noticed more stamina and muscle growth since I have been using this creatine. I also added more to my work out regimen the combination of both made noticeable physical and visual gains. Thanks for the great product!
